What types of printing services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of printing services, including: Lithographic, Digital, Flexographic, Gravure, label, large format, signage, screen, DPS & Sublimation to name a few.

Do you offer bulk printing discounts?

Do you have Proofing Procedures?

Yes, we have very strict proofing procedures:

  1. Supplied artwork must be supplied professionally proof-ready
    (However, we do provide a print-ready artworking service)
  2. Most print jobs are first 'ripped' through our output systems, a copy of which is sent back to the client in pdf format for final client authorisation to proceed to the actual printing of the job.
    (note the copy as represented on our 'ripped' proofs are what will output from our system). 
  3. NB: As part of our terms of business, it is the client's responsibility to approve all print proofs before authorising print run.
  4. The client can visit one of our print shops in person to sign off a wet proof (actual print off the machine) in order for the print run to proceed. 
  5. We can also provide hard copy ripped colour proofs from our digital proofing output system for client to sign off and return.
    (Note: this can mean delaying the print run awaiting signoff).

Do you offer Artwork finishing and/or fixing of supplied artwork files?

Yes we do. We spend a lot of time fixing artwork that is received in the wrong format, wrong sizes and just generally not done properly by third party or amateur designers! The final artwork has to be 100% correct in order for it to be suitable for going to print. We charge separtely for this service.

Do you offer FREE design services?

Sometimes, if the print job is worth it, mainly for large print run lithographic orders. Otherwise we charge it out at reasonable hourly or by agreed quotes. Good design is not a commodity and needs to be done professionally by experienced designers and print finishers, like the designers we have in-house. Good design outperforms bad design. Our designers not only have great creativity but have a lot more technical skill and print output knowledge that most designers in most agencies or freelance designers.

On top of that, we have specialist artwork skills for producing product packaging for FMCG brands; Pharma, Cosmetic, Food & Beverage, Electronics, etc. We offer this service as a stand along too.

We also do a lot of advert creation and advert resizing for magazine publications.
